Erick grew up in the Twin Cities area where he attended Saint Thomas Military Academy. He went on to graduate from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Naval Science, while serving in the United States Navy. Erick spent the beginning of his career in the field of industrial commercial real estate before moving to the new construction side of residential development. He has spent several years specializing in new construction and existing condo and loft sales, working directly with developers and consulting on all aspects of these extensive projects.
Erick currently represents several condo and loft developers throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul markets. He is responsible for the success of numerous projects by implementing sales and marketing strategies: from pre-construction through each project's completion and final sale.
